The 2026 NFL Schedule has been released and the final verdict on a game date and DTDT weekend event has officially been selected. Our officially scheduled dates to attend DTDT 2026 Tampa Bay, Fl are; Thursday, September 24th thru Monday, September 28th 2026. The Official game selected for our event will be a matchup between the home team, Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. the visiting Minnesota Vikings, Sunday, September 27, 2026 @ 4:05pm EDT (local time). There are many interesting attractions in the Tampa Bay area for our group to explore, so prepare yourselves for a fabulous time. Our reconnaissance has already begun due to our long time “charter member, Mr. Kenneth Prince, who currently resides in the Tampa area. There is also word that another of our members, Mr. Bert King, may even have timeshare ownership in the area as well. Therefore, there may be several potential options for activities during our stay. In the meantime we will be working to secure hotel accommodation contracts for our group stay at area hotels best suited for our participation. From this point on, your DTDT Deposits for this event are due. You had until June 29, 2026 to pay your initial $450 deposit for this event. After that date, your deposit is considered “late” and will be assessed late fees in accordance with “By-Laws” section “B” (bullet #4), in the amount of $10/mo. (beginning on the first day of the following month). In this case, late fees ($10) will be assessed beginning July 1, 2026 and every first of the month thereafter (until the commencement of the event). Please look out for emails over the next several weeks for instructions as to when to log onto the DTDT website. In the meantime, please begin (or continue) paying your ($450) deposits now so we may get an accurate head count for this years Tampa Bay Event. If you have other accommodations in mind, feel free to move forward with them instead. If not, this is the hotel where a majority of this year’s DTDT Tampa Event Members will be staying from Thurs. 9/24/26 thru Mon. 9/28/26. If you have a roommate, only one of you will have to secure the room. If your roommate makes the reservation then you do not have to go to the link to fill out the form. If you are the one securing the room, please use the following directions.

-Click the link below and carefully fill out the “required” sections of the form.
-When you get to the section that asks; “Do you have a trip coming up?” Answer, “Not yet” (or you will get asked more questions)
-Click “Continue” : This is where you enter your credit card number for your current reservation at Embassy suites Tampa Airport. *(Which Breanna will do once submitted)
-On the next page, enter your Hilton Honors Number (if you have one) For a slightly better rate.
-*Submit this information to Breanna; (Fora Travel); and she will proceed to secure your reservation at our Embassy Suites Location and send you confirmation via email.
-That’s all you have to do! (Remember, your card will not be charged until our trip in September. It will only be a hold.)
