This is our latest follow-up news letter pertaining to DTDT Nashville 2024!   

Sunday, October 13, 2024 game date.  The game will feature The Indianapolis Colts vs. The Tennessee Titans.

Breakdown of your $450 deposit.   This fee is for purchases of your gameday ticket; Souvenir, custom DTDT Tee and hat; Sponsored DTDT Meet n Greet Dave and Busters (*including (1) alcoholic beverage); All pregame tailgate expenses (Bullseye Entertainment sponsors a Titans tailgate much like the LA Rams).  All food and all beverages, both alcoholic and non alcoholic are provided); Your deposits also provide funding for our monthly website hosting expense. (The website was created to benefit everyone), And, Lastly, a “non-refundable “emergency” and “expenses fund” held in the DTDT account for the “Incase shit happens” occurrences and any other unexpected expenses incurred for the pending event!   Tentative Calendar of Events:

If not, feel free to call me anytime, hopefully, before I depart for Nashville so I can rectify any problems from home.

Wednesday October 9, 2024 – *A few of our members (including myself and Omar) have elected to arrive a day early to help prepare for our gathering. I (Richard) will be first to arrive at the hotel sometime between 4 and 5 pm. I am retrieving our custom T- Shirts which were shipped directly to the hotel ahead of time. They will be distributed throughout the week and completed on Saturday (Oct. 12th) at our Dave and Buster’s Meet n Greet. I will text everyone my room number when I get it so you can mosey on by to get your Tee if you want it before Saturday. Most of you already should have your hats (Don’t forget to pack it and bring it to Nashville!) Those of you who don’t yet have your hats, I will give it to you when I see you in Nashville, either at my room or at the Meet n Greet on Saturday. (FYI- The Shirts and Tees are Titans Colors Carolina (light-blue) incase you want to coordinate your wardrobe!)

Thursday October 10, 2024 – Check into hotel (100 French Landing Dr. Nashville, TN 37228) (some are checking in today. I (Richard) will text most of you my room number once I get checked in on Wednesday) *(TBD) Free day, (YOYO) You’re on you’re own *. There is a group possibly scheduling a Segway tour for the afternoon if you are already in town (TBA)

Friday October 11, 2024 – *There is a group scheduled to go over to ‘Uncle Nearest Distillery’ for a planned tour. *If you did not get in town before Friday at 9am, unfortunately you will have to miss this tour. Just relax and go have a drink somewhere. We’ll be back in the mid to late afternoon. https://unclenearest.com/

Saturday October 12, 2024 –  Mandatory Meet and Greet – Local “Dave and Buster” (540 Opry Hills Dr. Nashville, TN 37214) (Time 1pm).  Afterwards, (YOYO) *(one alcoholic beverage will be provided at no cost to you. (All others are on you). Most of us will meet in the lobby of the hotel before noon to group ride share to Dave and Busters. If you have transportation, feel free to go on ahead. (Address listed above). As mentioned before, if you have not received your custom DTDT Tee by Saturday, you will receive it at the Meet n Greet!

Sunday October 13, 2024 – Bullseye Entertainment sponsored tailgate party: Most of us will meet in the lobby of the hotel by 7am to group ride share to the location (7am will be a stretch for some of y’all but, trust me, the sooner you get to the tailgate, the better!) (Exact location is on your Bullseye Tailgate ticket, which you should have saved in you phone) (Nissan Stadium) (Time will be approximately 8am – 11-11:30am (CDT*) due to the games scheduled kickoff at 12pm (CDT*) *(Central Daylight Time). You should all have your tickets in your email inboxes. I sent them to you individually October 6th and 7th. Contact me ASAP if you you have not received your “Bullseye Tailgate Ticket”. No “Game Day tickets have been distributed yet!

Sunday October 13, 2024 – Following the Game @ approx. 4pm local time, (YOYO for the remainder of the afternoon and evening.) The game will feature The Indianapolis Colts vs. The Tennessee Titans.

Gentlemen,

We are just 6 days away from our Tennessee trip (gameday, Sunday 10/13. I hope you are all ready. You’ve paid your deposit, you’ve secured your hotel room stay, you’ve booked your flight, you’ve saved or stashed some spending cash for Downtown Nashville and you’ve prepared yourselves mentally for what will surely be a memorable time. Below is a Checklist to assist you in preparation for the trip. If you have any questions regarding any aspect of this trip or our plans, feel free to contact Omar or I for information. We will be posting the latest itinerary with all detailed information regarding our stay in Nashville once we are one to two weeks out from the trip. So, get ready Nashville, here comes the DTDT Crew!

-There is no shuttle to the hotel from the airport, so you must find your own way. The address is as follows; Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot Metro Ctr. 100 French Landing Dr. Nashville, TN 37228

– Remember to bring your Nashville, DTDT Hat (if you were given your hat prior to visiting Nashville.)

-DTDT Nashville Custom T-Shirts will be passed out at the Dave and Buster’s Meet n Greet or before. (Info. below).

-Make sure you have your Bullseye Entertainment Tailgate ticket accessible in your virtual wallet or email. You may also print out the ticket (make sure QR Code is clear).

-Weather is forecast to be mild and maybe even a little cool at night. You should pack light sweater(s) or jacket(s).

-Update all of your Ride Share Apps (i.e. Uber, Lift, etc.) We will be doing plenty of ride sharing and cost sharing so no one has to drive or park unless absolutely necessary.

-Contact Omar (619)248-5152 ASAP (Now) If you are interested in a City Segway tour on Thursday (time TBD). We need to get a headcount ASAP!

-Make sure you have purchased your ticket in advance (if you are going) for the “Uncle Nearest Distillery Tour” for the slot listed here; (Friday, Oct. 11, 2024 @ 11am). (Meeting in hotel lobby @ 9am for departure)

-Meet and Greet is at Dave & Buster’s Nashville, (540 Opry Mills Dr. Nashville, TN 37214) We should be there promptly @12:30pm, Saturday, Oct. 10, 2024. (There will be food fun and bowling).
