2019 DTDT Los Angeles II (Updates)

Gentlemen,

The 2019 NFL Schedule has been released (4/17/19) and DTDT Los Angeles II is now in effect.   Omar and I have proactively chosen a game date which we believe will be very popular.  The game which we have chosen is a rematch of last seasons NFC Championship match up between the LA Rams and the New Orleans Saints @ The LA Memorial Coliseum (Sunday September 15, 2019 @ 1:25pm PDT).  The Rams were victorious in that match up and represented the NFC in Superbowl LIII (53) against the New England Patriots.  There were some sour tastes left in the mouths of Saints fans due to some “questionable calls” and/or “no calls”.  Even though this will only be week 2 in the NFL, Omar and I are certain that this game promises to bring a “playoff” atmosphere to town as the Saints will try to avenge the loss!  Also, this will be an important DTDT Event for us as this season represents the final season the LA Rams will be playing games in the Coliseum.  So come on out and be apart of history as DTDT ascends on the Memorial Coliseum for it’s final NFL Season.

Dues for this years event remain at $350.00 and are due now! Please make payments as soon as possible so we can make this event flow without a hitch.  Payments need to be paid in full by no later than Sunday, May 19, 2019.  Unlike previous years, tickets have already been purchased and this will be a “NON REFUNDABLE PAYMENT” so make sure you will be able to attend before you make your payment.  Information will follow with regards to hotel selection and accommodations as it becomes available.   Also, more detailed information will become available about next years planned trip to the UK (London England).   This will be our very first NFL European Adventure so we need to prepare an entire year for that momentous occasion.  Please provide any questions comments or concerns you may have in the section provided below this post.  Until next time, God Bless the DTDT Brotherhood.

2018 Arizona “Thank You”

Gentlemen,

I apologize for the tardiness of this post, it has been months in the making and should have been posted long ago.  Omar and I thank each and everyone who participated in our trip to fabulous Phoenix, Arizona last Fall.  For those of you who did not partake, there was fine dining, clubbing, Harley Riding, and much, much more.  I’d much rather you had been there than to tell you about it.  I have posted a few of the pictures I had in my possession at the time of this post (See Gallery Page, “2018 – Arizona” in this website).  If you have more you would like to add to the collection, please send jpeg files to me so I can hopefully add them to this site.   I hope those who participated enjoyed themselves and will come and join us again this coming Fall in Los Angeles to keep the ball rolling.  There are also big plans for the Fall of 2020, so you might want to start preparing financially and emotionally now…. It involves a trip to The UK…..That’s all I can tell you at this moment.  In the mean time get yourselves ready for LA II and the LA Rams last home games at the LA Memorial Coliseum.   Until later, God Bless the DTDT Brotherhood!

2019 DTDT Los Angeles II

Gentlemen,

Once again we are preparing to launch another DTDT adventure this coming Fall in the “City of the Angles”, Los Angeles, CA.   This is our 19th such adventure beginning way back in 2000, including three (coed) Superbowl Extravaganza’s in 2011, 2012, and 2014.  Our venues for NFL games have included:

  1. San Diego, CA  (10 times)  (Qualcomm Stadium)  Home of the San Diego Chargers
  2. New Orleans, LA  (Mercedes-Benz Superdome)  Home of the New Orleans Saints
  3. Miami, Fl   (Dolphin Stadium) (currently Sun Life Stadium)  Home of the Miami Dolphins
  4. Atlanta, GA  (Georgia Dome, now gone)  (currently Mercedes-Benz Stadium)  Home of the Atlanta Falcons
  5. Dallas, TX  (AT&T Stadium)  Home of the Dallas Cowboys
  6. New York, NY  (MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford NJ)  Home of the New York Jets and New York Giants
  7. Washington, D.C.  (FedEx Field in Landover, Md)  Home of the Washington Redskins
  8. Chicago, Il.  (Soldier Field)  Home of the Chicago Bears
  9. Los Angeles, CA  (LA Memorial Coliseum)  Home of the Los Angeles Rams
  10. Phoenix, AZ  (University of Phoenix Stadium)  Home of the Arizona Cardinals
  11. Las Vegas, NV  (Mansion location of our Superbowl Extravaganza’s) (3 times)

Whether  you have been on our adventures only once, a few times, or each and every one, I’m sure you will agree that there was much fun had each and every time.  Many friends have been made, many strong bonds, and most importantly a true brotherhood as formed amongst men who might not have ever otherwise met.  This is the tradition of the “DTDT Brotherhood”, with our Mission Statement of “No Man Left Behind”.  Please join Omar and I as we embark on a new journey, “back to LA”.  This will be the last season the Rams will be playing at the LA Coliseum, so it should be a momentous occasion.  As many of you know, the LA Rams (and LA Chargers) will begin playing their inaugural season in their new, state of the art stadium, (“The Los Angeles Stadium at Hollywood Park”) in the year 2020.  So lets get together and enjoy our last Rams game at the Coliseum together this coming Fall.  It will be done, as always, in great DTDT fashion, with plenty of fun for all.  Detailed information will follow shortly as it becomes available (i.e Ram opponent, game date selection, etc.)  Until then, your $350.00 deposits can be paid at anytime leading up to actual ticket purchases.  Partial and full payments can be accepted at anytime (fully refundable until tickets have been purchased) (please read “BY-LAWS page, article “B” in this website!).  Until further notice, God Bless the DTDT Brotherhood!!!
