Gentlemen, 

With regards to the voting for this years DTDT location between (Arizona Cardinals) and (Seattle Seahawks),  The Seahawks are up by about a 2 to 1 margin.  It appears as Seattle has won the voting.  We apologize for those who (due to conflicts in schedules or other things) will not be able to attend this event.  (Ivan, Leemar, Alton, Charlie and Dana so far), for one reason or another have elected to pass on this coming event.  We certainly never intend to create scheduling conflicts however, it seems to be a forgone conclusion that Seattle will be our next DTDT Event.  If you cannot go or choose not to attend, please let us know ASAP and request a refund if you have already paid.  If the date works for you and you have already paid your deposit, relax and wait for further details concerning our trip.  If you have not yet paid your deposit and choose to attend, please pay your deposits now!  The dates are Thursday, Oct. 2 thru Monday, October 6th, with the game being on Sunday, Oct. 5. (Please note the following correction:  Seattle’s opponent that Sunday is Tampa Bay and not Tennessee.)  Plan accordingly.  We are now in the process of securing  hotel arrangements for those dates.  You will be informed as to when those provisions will be provided. 

If you are choosing to participate and you have not yet paid your $450, please do so at this time.  Game day ticket purchases will be beginning shortly after the voting process is completed (Approx. June 1st).  (We will not retain your deposit for next years event).  Once the ticket purchase process has begun, ALL refunds are “null and void” from that point forward.)  We hope to hear from all of you shortly, and we hope all of you remain healthy and happy!  Until we meet again!  God Bless the DTDT Brotherhood!
