Plans have changed for our DTDT Las Vegas Trip (2025). We first explored the possibility of lodging in a few Air B n B homes in the Las Vegas area in close proximation to each other for our planned trip. That plan however did not pan out. We soon discovered that would be a tall task. Therefore we decided to seek hotel arrangements instead. What we came up with is hotel accommodations near Allegiant Stadium for our stay. The hotel we’ve chosen is the OYO hotel and Casino located very near the MGM Hotel. The hotel has been in existence since 2019 and was formerly a Howard Johnsons property. this hotel proved to be an excellent choice for our planed current DTDT Event. Ivan, Omar and myself moved forward over the weekend and secured a total of (20) Double Queen Bed rooms at the OYO hotel property. The dates we secured are Friday October 24 thru Monday October 27, 2025. Therefore, to secure your room(s) for this years event, you must contact either Ivan, Omar or myself for your room(s). We will come up with a fully refundable hotel deposit for you to be paid directly to us to secure your room(s). You must do this immediately to assure you get your room(s) for this event. (Your deposit will be fully refundable in the event you cannot attend this years event).
Since the official NFL schedule has not been released and won’t be until around April 1st, 2025, we aren’t even 100 percent sure there will be a Raider game that weekend at Allegiant Stadium. We have gone ahead of the official NFL schedule release in an attempt to secure the most affordable accommodations available for our group. Should there not be a game that weekend, we will immediately switch gears and seek other accommodations predicated on what weekend there is actually a Raider game. This is the first time we have proactively sought accommodations before the official NFL schedule release (to hopefully stay ahead of the hotel “price gouging” once the hotels know there is a game that weekend). We are confident this strategy will afford us the best possible accommodations at the most affordable pricing for our event. True, it is a bit of a “crap shoot”, but isn’t that what Vegas is all about? You will be notified as to what the deposit you will be paying to Ivan, Omar and myself just as soon as we come up with a figure. (Remember, your lodging deposits are fully refundable and are separate form your usual $450 deposit you pay annually for the other DTDT expenses (i.e. gameday tickets, tailgate, commemorative DTDT Tees and hats, etc.). Your usual $450 deposits are currently due and once paid, your spot is secured for our Las Vegas Event. So, in the meantime, please pay your deposits in a timely fashion so we can move forward with securing all the necessary event expenses for this years trip.
