This is our latest follow-up news letter pertaining to DTDT Nashville 2024!
Sunday, October 13, 2024 game date. The game will feature The Indianapolis Colts vs. The Tennessee Titans. We are nearly completely set for our DTDT Nashville Event, Tickets to both the Game and Tailgate event have been purchased and a contract for our “Saturday Meet and Greet” is being constructed as this letter is being produced. We will be contacting our T-Shirt and Hat Vendors shortly to get that ball rolling. The room reservation blocks are nearly sold out, so If you haven’t yet reserved you room through the link provided here or have not made arrangements to room with someone who has, I suggest you handle that now. Deposits are overdue; If you have not made arrangements or have not made some type of payment to date, “your participation has not been counted” . If you have made arrangements or made a payment, we thank you! Deposits are $450.00 and cover all of the items listed below.
Breakdown of your $450 deposit. This fee is for purchases of your gameday ticket; Souvenir, custom DTDT Tee and hat; Sponsored DTDT Meet n Greet Dave and Busters (*including (1) alcoholic beverage); All pregame tailgate expenses (Bullseye Entertainment sponsors a Titans tailgate much like the LA Rams. All food and all beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic are provided); Your deposits also provide funding for our monthly website hosting expense. (The website was created to benefit everyone), And, Lastly, a “non-refundable “emergency” and “expenses fund” held in the DTDT account for the “Incase shit happens” occurrences and any other unexpected expenses incurred for the pending event! Wednesday October 9, 2024 – Check into hotel (100 French Landing Dr. Nashville, TN 37228) (a few or us are arriving early to organize and set up) *(TBD) Free day, (YOYO) You’re on you’re own *(no group events planned as of today)
Thursday October 10, 2024 – Check into hotel (100 French Landing Dr. Nashville, TN 37228) (a few or us are arriving early to organize and set up) *(TBD) Free day, (YOYO) You’re on you’re own *(no group events planned as of today)
Friday October 11, 2024 – *(TBD) Free day, (YOYO) You’re on you’re own *(no group events planned as of today)
Saturday October 12, 2024 – Mandatory Meet and Greet – Local “Dave and Buster” (540 Opry Hills Dr. Nashville, TN 37214) (Time 1pm). Afterwards, (YOYO) *(one alcoholic beverage will be provided at no cost to you. All others are on you)
Sunday October 13, 2024 – Bullseye Entertainment sponsored tailgate party: (Location TBD; Nissan Stadium) (Time will be approximately 8am – 11-11:30am (CDT*) due to the games scheduled kickoff at 12pm (CDT*) *(Central Daylight Time)
Sunday October 13, 2024 – Following the Game @ approx. 4pm local time, (YOYO for the remainder of the afternoon and evening.)
Monday October 14, 2024 – Hotel checkout (approx. 12pm)
