Reports directly to the CEO and/or VP all monetary transactions both debit and credit in a single DTDT bank account. Tracks monitors and reports all debits, credits, and shortages of all DTDT members' individual accounts. In coordination with Secretary and Events Coordinator handles all accounts payable to prescribed vendors such as caterers, T-shirt printers, ticket agents, etc. Submits a monthly report to Secretary and/or assistant of all up to date balances of primary DTDT business accounts including all member deposits and payouts to be recorded by secretary and/or assistant.
