Secretary - Reports directly to the CEO and/or VP. Track all current DTDT business transactions. Assists with review and distribution of all e-mail letter and/or web postings. Compile lists, updates, and files of current DTDT rosters complete with career backgrounds and contact information. In coordination with Events Coordinator and/or assistant, schedule upcoming meetings and events at meeting places and/or host city.
