Dear Gentlemen,
We are now ten short weeks away from the April 30th deadline for the 2010 deposit for our trip to Dallas this year. As I had stated in previous letters, it is not necessary for you to wait until the last minute to pay your deposit. You may pay installments so that the entire $300.00 at one time does not burden you, I know it would burden me (lol). I will afford those of you who are willing to pay installments the luxury of keeping track of your payments. (Now, how easy is that...$20.00 here, $50.00 there, it doesn't get any easier than that!) Once again, I will reiterate that ALL refund policies apply, (click the following link; Section (B), item (4). ByLaws >. Also, remember, if your deposit is paid in full by no later than April 30th 2010, you will then qualify for the drawing to win one of the three cash prizes being offered this year. (Rules as follows)
- Pay your $300.00 deposit (in full) by no later than April 30th 2010 and your name will be added to a list that will qualify you for a drawing that will give you a chance at winning one of three cash prizes.
- The drawing will take place at our "Saturday Meet and Greet" in Dallas the weekend of our trip.
- You will be personally notified of your official qualification by May 15th 2010.
- 1st prize = $200.00, 2nd prize = $75.00, 3rd prize = $25.00
News Updates:
To this point, I believe Henry's Father is home and recovering nicely after his fall and subsequent surgery. Kandu, to my knowledge' is recovering day to day from his back surgery. And, last but now least, Fred has told me that he was grateful for all of you who sent prayers, emails, phone calls and condolences in response to the recent loss of his mother. We should continue to pray for these and all of our members and their loved ones for their continued health, well being and prosperity. Until later...God Bless.
