DO THE DAMN THING NEWS LETTER
Dear Gentlemen,
The deadline for the 2010 deposit for our trip to Dallas this year has come and gone, it is now imperative you pay your deposit at this time. If you do not, you risk not getting your ticket for the game. Tickets have officially been purchased for the game scheduled for Sunday September 19, 2010 @ 1:15pm (local time) against the Chicago Bears. For those of you who have paid your deposit you have a guaranteed seat for the game and all of the precluding activities. For those who have still not paid their deposits, tickets purchased on your behalf must be sold to the “next in line” party who needs a ticket package. There is a limited amount of available tickets and there are no guarantees tickets will be available at a later date. At this point, if you cannot attend this event, it is entirely up to you to sell your deposit package and/or game ticket back to me or another interested party. Once again, I will reiterate that ALL refund policies apply, Section (B), items (4 & 5).
Remember, all those who paid there deposit prior to April 30th 2010 qualify for the drawing to win one of the three cash prizes being offered this year. (Rules as follows)
A) Pay your $300.00 deposit (in full) by no later than April 30th 2010 and your name will be added to a list that will qualify you for a drawing that will give you a chance at winning one of three cash prizes.
B) The drawing will take place at our "Saturday Meet and Greet" in Dallas the weekend of our trip.
C) You will be personally notified of your official qualification by May 30th 2010.
D) 1st prize = $200.00, 2nd prize = $75.00, 3rd prize = $25.00

For those of you who have enquiring minds and have to know, once again, here is a list of this years expenses (What your deposit pays for)
Breakdown of Your $300.00 Deposit
- Game Day Ticket and Tailgate Party (All food and drinks included, including alcoholic beverages)
- Commemorative, Custom DTDT T-shirt
- Food and Soft drinks at the “Mandatory” “Meet and Greet” party at Dave and Busters (or similar restaurant) (Alcoholic beverages at your own cost)
- “Emergency” Expense Fund (elimination of “pass the hat”)
- “Insurance” (Outlined on webpage: Events/News page sect: (B) (*note)
- Rental of one or more Club Wagon Vans (14-15 passengers) (*If Budget allows)
*We will, at minimum, be renting one van. If costs allow we will rent 2 vans. All additional individual (local) transportation needs and costs fall on each individual.
**As a special note, I would like to recommend you look into your flights into Dallas, if you have not already. As an alternative to Dallas/Ft. Worth Int. Look into flights into Dallas Love Airport. Cheaper flights are going fast, so book now to avoid the higher costs.
